How to add Chatbot to your Mac toolbar

MacGPT is a useful tool for Mac users who constantly use OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Created by developer Jordi Bruin, It’s an easy way to bring ChatGPT into your Mac’s menu.

Installing MacGPT as a way to use ChatGPT is a fairly simple process. The app is currently in beta, but it works OK in its current form. At the moment Bruin is giving away MacGPT for free. It’ll be available for $5 on the App Store once it’s out of beta. This is the perfect time to try MacGPT.

How to add ChatGPT to your Mac’s toolbar

Adding ChatGPT to your Mac’s toolbar is fairly simple. It’s not as simple as going to the App Store and downloading a program, but it’s not as dispiriting moreover. It only takes many ways which we will describe below.

1. sign up for a ChatGPT account

still, sign up for an account on the ChatGPT website, If you have not already. However, you can sign in with that, If you have a Google account.

2. Visit the MacGPT website

Visit the MacGPT website by following this link(it opens in a new tab). On that page, you’ll download MacGPT.

3. Set your price

To get to the download page, first, type a price on the right side. You can type “0” to get the app for free, though you can also contribute to Bruin if you’d like.

4. Download MacGPT

On the coming page, enter your dispatch address. Also, click Get to start the download.

5. Install MacGPT

Install the app on your Mac. You can do this by going to your Downloads brochure and double-clicking on the MacGPT installer.

6. Log in to ChatGPT from MacGPT

A new MacGPT window will appear when the operation starts and to get started, log in to ChatGPT with your account.
