Nintendo of Europe and Nintendo UK have now officially honored the Joy-Con Drift, unlike Nintendo of America, which started making Joy-Con fixes for free many times ago. The sanctioned Nintendo support runner now informs guests that they will repair out-of-bond Joy-Cons free of charge. However, in EEA, UK, If your Joy-Cons come unresponsive or suffer from the ignominious Joy-Con drift.
Drift towards Europe
For a while, Nintendo has taken a quiet approach to Switch’s “Joy-Con drift” tackle issues. Ultimately, the number of affected consumers reached a critical mass and they had to respond by offering free repairs. Although Europe and the UK do this on a case-by-case basis (and not inescapably out of bond), this is now changing with a larger, more comprehensive statement on the Nintendo EU support runners. In other words, the UK and Europe are getting a little sweetener starting this month.

Nintendo of Europe is running another one-week free trial for Switch Online
